I come here, quite a bit. Everytime a big movie opens, I go opening thursday/Friday, because the internet ruins things for me if I don't see it right away. (You know the trolls exist) it's almost never a hassle. Employees are almost always trying to hustle behind the snack counter, I don't think I ever have to wait very long. And since it opened, I can only recall 2 times that I didn't have a good time. One was customers in the theater, the 2nd time was some teenage employees going on and on to each other about how they hate thier jobs, etc, right in front of customers at the counter. That was a long time ago, and I've not had a bad customer service experience since, or before. The food, etc are good, minus the highway robbery of it all. Theaters are clean when you enter, as is all the customer areas, counters, carpet, etc. And bathrooms are always clean. I have never seen it dirty. I guess the only real complaint I have, is sometimes, when I run out to refill my ginormous popcorn, I have to wait in the main line. Which means missing movie time. Most times, i can just go up to the counter. I don't even know if SUPPOSED to get in line to refill, never thought to ask? Regardless, go ahead and sell your organs in advance, to pay for going to the movies here, like...
Read moreOkay, I read the reviews with 'loved it" stars. Clean? I really must disagree. Look down. When has the carpet ever been cleaned? That beautiful theater carpet is so dingy with dirt, it doesn't look anything like it did all those years ago. So sad. I wonder what that means for the seats, railings, etc. The lines at the box office and concessions are never fully staffed so the lines grow longer. One cannot even use the automated machines because they have been removed which is too bad. It seems like they lose business from those that decide spontaneously to see a movie, getting in takes so long. The restroom hand dryers are notorious for not drying, too bad they can't afford to change them to something more functional like the ones at local restaurants or our Costco. It's such a shame it's not clean and management doesn't seem to know how or have the authority to improve the staffing and cleanliness issues because it was always a favorite in the past. Now it's easier to go elsewhere or wait for video. I can buy a movie for the price of popcorn and a drink at this place! Going out is expensive, the ratings are...
Read moreOur movie was moved to different screen, which resulted in regal moving my entire party of 10 to a different and worst up close row. From 8th row stadium seats (row H), to 3rd row floor seats (row C). I purchased reserved seats 3 weeks prior, yet wasn’t told about this switch until I walked into the theater itself 5 minutes prior to showtime. The manager on duty kept saying “it was the system, not me”.., so “there’s nothing that can be done”.., as they didn’t want to remove the people who now occupying the row similar to the one we had reserved (row E stadium). My party of 10 (who flew in from different states for Thanksgiving) were spilt up and then scattered amongst the theater in order to get somewhat decent viewable seats. It ruined the experience entirely, and since this was a “system” issue, I will not be attending any regal theater again. I advise caution all who to those who plan on purchasing here, as clearly your reserved seating isn’t truly reserved and the system will do what it needs to any customer to become more profitable, no matter...
