The Village at Riverstone — Attraction in Coeur d'Alene

We have a condo there, as well as a home in Spokane. The Village is beautiful but the management company, Century management, leaves a lot to be desired. Yesterday. Keller Williams Real Estate of Coeur d Alene, Idaho hosted an open house in the condo development. The agent, sitting in the lobby mask less and not requesting visitors, who must use the buildings only elevator to view the home to mask up. When asked if he would please request that visitors use a mask his reply was, "no, I'm not going to do that, they don't work anyway."

Staying at Hampton Inn for three nights. Very nice hotel. Much nicer than I expected. The Village is very noisy in middle of night. Guys unloading something metallic at 4:45am making crashing sounds both nights so far. . We leave our balcony door ajar for fresh air and are awaken more than once. Trucks backup beepers at 4:45 and 6:00am. Is that the only time they can make their deliveries??? They must not have noise restrictions in their CC&R’s. Will look for something...

A quaint little shopping center with some niche items. The local businesses have very friendly staff and you can avoid the generic crowds of large retail chains without sacrificing much savings. A great local gamers guild as well as wine, beer, clothes, books, cooking, eateries, frozen yogurt, movie theater and more. A very clean place to visit as well. Nearby is an awesome pond and walking route for some exercise for both you and your doggo. Plus you can hear live music in...
