Four Green Fields Farm — Attraction in Colfax Township

This place was absolutely incredible! We were in town for the week and decided to give this place a try. I easily got ahold of the owner to book a private appointment and boy was I glad I did. Not only did we get a very fair price, but our little group had the whole area to ourselves. We got a horse drawn wagon ride by Kevin the owner. He gave us a tour guide experience including facts about the area and some jokes. Then we were able to shoot pumpkins out of slingshots and go through the corn maze on our own. After that we spent the rest of the day by the bonfire where we were able to enjoy making and eating the hotdogs and smores that we brought. We also took walks around the grounds and played ball and frisbee with the kids all in a secluded and beautiful setting. It was truly amazing to get to experience a corn maze and farm this way without the crowds you usually get. Kevin even came by later and we got to meet his dog. It is surely beautiful out in the country! I think we went, my two grandchildren and I, to late in the season. We went yesterday, Sunday Oct 27th, during the day. I was expecting more activies for the kids. The price is right for sure. We did the corn field maze and kids chose a pumpkin. Very affordable prices! The kids were disappointed that there was no hayrides yesterday that especially my grandson was looking forward to. He would have loved it even if it was down the road and back... My family and I went yesterday. We went on the search for the 6 colored chips in the maze. It was a lot of fun, even for my youngest who is autistic. Unfortunately it took us longer than his attention span to find all of the chips for him, so he tapped out early😊, but our other kids enjoyed the full experience, and found all the chips.
