Lopez Winery & Vineyard — Attraction in Colley Township

If i could rate it negative stars…. Are you kidding me? Signs all over Rickett’s Glen for this place. Arrived and saw a closed building with a swimming pool and random junk outside with “Lopez Winery” written in all caps along side a barn. There was a sign that says call if we are closed- so I did (even though we were there at the time they claimed to be open on Google)and spoke with someone who asked if i knew what i wanted. Of course, i said no- because it’s a winery and i wanted to taste wine- if i knew what i wanted i would have gone to a store and bought it. I love the ambiance here! The decor is so campy cool. We stopped here during a stay in the area to pick up some wines for mother's day. Due to COVID-19, everything is pretty quiet and the winery seemed closed, but we were greeted by the owners daughter who was happy to open the shop and sell us a few bottles.
