I took my daughters to the pumpkin patch and they had an amazing time! It was $12 a person. (So $48 for our family of 4). You can buy animal food for $2 per bag and it gets you a good decent amount. The animals seemed so healthy/well taken care of, clean. My daughters loved feeding all of them. The pumpkins were nice especially being at the end of season. Face painting lady was so awesome too. Overall the employees were very friendly/helpful. The property was absolutely beautiful and I loved the stream going through. My only wish for this place would be to make it a little more accessible for those in wheelchairs. (Like having a porta potty that’s accessible etc). Definitely worth the drive from Palisade!

For nearly 13 consecutive years, we've chosen our Christmas tree from this place. After investigating the environmental impact of fake vs. real trees, I discovered the eco-friendliness of real trees, supporting a local tree farm that not only grows trees (producing oxygen) but also consistently replenishes them. The friendly staff adds to the experience, and it's heartwarming to witness my family's growth each year during our obligatory family photo in front of the substantial wooden doors.

Our 1.5 year old daughter loved it here! We went to the pumpkin patch - $21 for 3 people was a little pricey though. It's gorgeous and they had several things to do. Roast marshmallows, slides, hay bale maze, climbing spider web, a pool of corn, tower of haybales, some animals to pet, and some snacks for purchase.

We have a tradition of going to the Covered Bridge every year for our tree for the past 9 years. We love everything about the experience from going over the covered bridge on the way in (a New England girl, this makes me feel like I'm home ), to visiting the farm animals (bring a treat of carrots or apples and make life -long friendships! ), to going into the gift shop and seeing the handcrafted gifts. Take a ride into the tree farm on a bale of hay and pick out your perfect tree, that you cut down, yourself! There is also a place to pick up beautiful fresh wreaths and garland (they used to let you make your own if you were so inclined, but I am not sure if this is an option anymore ). We finish off with roasting marshmallows at the fire, while they ready our tree to load. At the gift shop, where you pay for the tree, you get two marshmallows per person (we bring a bag of our own. ..tell me of a kid who is satisfied with just two marshmallows!?!? The reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is their (fairly new ) concession stand. Prior to tell would years ago, the Covered Bridge served hot cider and water as a gratis. Now they charge $2.00 per (very small) Styrofoam cup. With spending about $115 on the tree and another $45 to $80 at the gift shop, I feel like we've doled out enough for the outing. My kids love their cider and though I bought a couple of rounds last year (grumbling all the while), I passed on it this year and made the kids hot cocoa at home. All in all, it's a lovely time at the Covered Bridge and while I will skip the over priced cider, we will continue to make it a part of our...

Great for kids and family! Been coming here for 15 years and love the tradition! My entire family comes every fall with nieces and nephews of all ages including grandparents. Great day face painting, petting zoo, hamster wheel and taking rides and a treasure hunt as well! Makes the fall holidays super special and something for everyone to enjoy in the late afternoon and morning. A lot of care goes into it and is so worth the money and the joy on the kids faces. Thanks CBR for the wonderful day every year!
