Dad Clark Park — Attraction in Colorado

Nice neighborhood park for kids 3-12. Newer play structure has several slides and climbing activities. Swings for adults and kids along with an ADA swing for kids with special needs. For a park in Highlands Ranch I thought this park would be better. However, it's a tad ghetto. The water future for the sand is broken and takes a lot of force to turn it on, which isn't very conducive to tiny hands. At the bottom of most of the lights in the park there is exposed wiring that is duct taped very poorly and not to mention a Porta potty which is very filthy. The park is pretty littered...
