Firstly the road to get to it is not maintained, very rocky, bumpy, and bad for every nut and screw in your vehicle. Finally we arrive after 3 miles of hellacious road to our destination. Not a single person around in the middle of summer. The stench off the water literally smells like a sewage treatment plant on a 100° day. Whoever owns that herd of cattle is the only one benefiting from that reservoir. The cows have completely trashed the water and made it uninhabitable. 100%. Do not get in that water. You will get some foul bacterium infection. This reservoir showed me the seriousness of how one person having privileges can destroy it for everyone. Only the owner of the cows is benefiting from that lake. Not families and children enjoying the water like they should at a reservoir. Thats when the hunters show up. It gets pretty crowded with hunters. The road in isn't maintained around the lake. We spent hours Trying to get across a washed out culvert with our trucks.
