South Fork Spring Cave Trail is a scenic hike up to a cave. There are some additional trails you can take around the cave as well. The trail to the cave has steep inclines, but the trail is well maintained and heavily used. There is paid camping and a vaulted restroom at the start of the trail.
The trail that follows upstream of the White River is also beautiful.
