Please read until the bottom because I thought of a way u guys can make more money and still keep everything pretty much the same
I think this is a good amusement company but being a single rider the only thing I hate is the no single rider policy because this limits me to the baby rides and non fun rides but the ones I love have this policy and I never have anyone to go with but I was thinking I cane up with an exile my idea for u guys and it might make u more money and no I'm not talking about removing the policy I'm talking about having a seprate line for single riders like me to get paired up with another single rider so we both can go on the rides we want to go on
And this especially goes for the zipper because it's my most favorite ride of all and I never have anyone to go with and when I ask people to go on with me I look like an idot so I noticed that the zipper has 2 seprate lines so why not have one side left as normal for people who already have a partner to go with and the other line specifically for single riders like me but instead of having the single riders go alone the workers could pair up 2 single riders to fill the seat so we won't be left out I would pay more money knowing that I would be guarenteed multiple rides on zipper and other non single rider rides by having a guerenteed partner to go on these rides with please take my idea to heart and try it out next season if it doesn't work ok but if it does then please make it perminate so all single riders will be given equal oppertunities to ride and so u guys can get more money from us...

We were really looking forward to enjoying the rides at the California Mid-State Fair, but our experience with Helm and Sons Amusements was frustrating and disappointing.
One of the biggest issues we ran into was the “No Single Riders” policy on many of the rides. This made it incredibly difficult for families who don’t come in even numbers, and especially challenging for parents trying to accompany just one child. We had to wait around hoping someone else would be willing to pair up with my child, which led to unnecessary stress and long delays. It made the whole experience feel unwelcoming and poorly thought out.
In addition to that, the ride operators were not very helpful. Communication was difficult as many did not speak English well, and some staff came across as impatient or even rude when we asked simple questions. This lack of professionalism and customer service really brought down the overall atmosphere.
Considering how expensive the fair is—from admission and wristbands to food and drinks—you’d expect a more enjoyable and accommodating experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed and frustrated instead of happy and entertained.
I hope Helm and Sons takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders both their staffing practices and ride policies. A fair should be inclusive and enjoyable for all families, not just those who fit a...
Read moreMAJOR RANT to Helm & Sons at the fair this year. I took my son (15) and came with a friend and his 4 yo daughter. First of all, my son was alone, he couldn't ride ANY of the rides because he was alone. "No single riders" So they couldn't just have him stand aside until another single rider came along? No. They just completely denied him entry. Not every kid has a freaking partner! $55 wasted on the wristband. Second, my friends daughter is autistic. She can't handle the wristband tight on her so we had it loose. There were ZERO issues with this until the kids bumper cars. The guy refused to let her on because her band was loose. For as much as everything cost I can't believe they were being so got...
