Nice, secluded feel even being partially in town due to steep hills on both sides. Fully paved and i would consider it wheelchair accessible. The trail isn’t very long. It runs almost perfectly straight and dead ends into an old railway bridge which I wouldn’t recommend trying to cross as it doesn’t look very safe. So even though it’s pleasant and pretty, it’s not all that interesting or challenging.

This Trail had great potential, it was intended to connect South Whitley to Columbia City. The trail is actually an old railroad, and at the tail end of this trail is a really scenic old bridge in a creek, not safe to cross it but one could if they wanted too but AGAIN I wouldn't advise it. Sadly this trail will never take you anywhere because...

For the most part this trail is maintained, but it can sometimes get messy with fallen sticks and leaves. It's a nice path to run/walk and not have traffic, but the trail is so sort and comes...
