This review is about the pool. The price for entry is easy on the wallet for large families. There is a snack bar. You can also bring your own food and drinks. Life jacket’s are available if you need to borrow one. Swim toys are okay. There is a toddler area, with water features slides, fountains. One life guard continuously circles this pool area. The big pool, has a diving board, and a water slide. You must be 5’ to go on the slide. No exceptions. In the big pool there is an area of water 3’6” deep section, good for first learning swimmers. The lifeguards are continually practicing drills, we saw three drills while we were there for the afternoon. Shade is limited but available. The only thing negative I have to report is the showers are not working. But overall we enjoy going to this pool several...
Read moreHoles haven't aged well but the club does a decent job of adding new pin placements to keep things fresh. Some are a bit too long to be par 3s, many on the upper course are "deuce or die". Upper 18 is nostalgic, but land also isnt currently getting made and definitely slim pickens on allotment from P&R. Recently replaced baskets, but I almost miss the original Machs because the upper course is so short, the outdated basket added a layer of difficulty rare to disc - specifically focussing using chains as a tool to get the disc in the basket. Nowadays, you hit these steel curtains and the expectation is that it...
Read moreThis park has two main entrances; I'm starting with the grassly knoll softball area first (Edris Drive & Oakland Gravel). I'd call it an Activities Area practically-functionally.
-Full Pavilion with Amenities, BBQ Grill -Lighted softball field -Kids play areas are very safe; there are also "grown-up free tunnels -Basketball court -Sand volleyball court -Small soccer practice area
I honestly wish I had two Parks to review here! Both will receive high grades.
I lived near this park without ever visiting the "ballpark" part. I really like it—very easy to keep track of kids even when busy. Basketball courts are always a plus. Nice Pavilion but does have reservations list. Also flying-stinging insects likely. Well lighted at night. This is the first...
