Simple park in Auburn Hills subdivision. There's a small playground that is kept up nicely with fresh mulch, and in 2018 a swing set was added with two toddler swings and two regular swings. The basketball court has a single hoop, but the concrete is nice. The basic trail doesn't really offer anything special, but is nice to take an evening walk or run around. The shelter has picnic tables, and I've never seen them all being used at the same time other than neighborhood events. Lighting is minimal at the park, but nothing unusual there.
