Looking to run on grass? You found the place. This is where the Mizzou Cross Country Team competes. The course is well-maintained with low-cut and appears to be zoazia grass (like a tight thick mat). I ran three 2.5-mile loops recently and thought it required quite a bit more effort than running the local recreational trails. Note that the path is not obviously marked off (at least not when I ran it). I ran with someone who previously ran a course here and knew how to create a 2.5-mile loop. This park is across from A.Perry Philips park on Bristol Lake Parkway. That park better suited for fishing.

Read moreWell believe it or not this recreation area is actually really beautiful I didn't bring any dogs or I didn't go for a while I actually delivered sod there for a project that they had going on so but from what I could see it was very pretty and quiet peaceful although I think kids and teenagers need to stay out and stop doing donuts and burnouts and destroying stuff but hey you do what you got to do huh but in all reality it's a very pretty area and I'm happy to contribute to the beautification of that Park by the way I delivered...
