Columbia Lake — Attraction in Columbia

It's a nice lake with a small beach but prices for non-residents are exorbitant--$300 for a season pass, and no daily passes. So silly to charge so much when you can get a pass to Waterford Beach for $100. Guess they don't want non-residents here, but why not just say that? FYI life guards are inconsistent on policies too; some will sell you a day pass and not ask any questions, and others won't. Some yell at the kids all the time about "rough housing" and others don't appear to pay attention...
