Stronghold Gym — Attraction in Columbia

Hands down the best complete workout facility in Columbia. Equipment, strength training and cardiovascular, are well maintained.. They are both cleaned on a on going basis by both members and the Stronghold staff. If those aren’t your thing Stronghold offers a plethora of classes for all fitness levels. The gym itself is like a small community where most members greet each other with smiles and words of encouragement. No gimmick price games like every other facility in Columbia. With the exception of one, if you run into a situation in your life where you may need them to work with you financially. They will. Just ask they will make the effort

Have been a member at this location for many years now. The location is very convenient for me and this gym has everything that I need. Lots of good cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines. Also - great yoga, pilates, etc classes. And the staff is very friendly!...
