We absolutely love Lake Lure. I would define this as my happy place. My family have been lake front owners since before I was born. I learned how to swim here. I learned how to dive here. I even learned how to ski here. I've never been to a lake with views as beautiful as this lake. The Western North Carolina mountains are just home. There are plenty of rentals available lakefront as well a number of hotels in the area. There are also a growing number of really good restaurants, either lakefront...

We love Lake Lure. The lake is beautiful the beaches are beautiful that people are beautiful the restaurants are great they have a couple of craft shows during the year they have a dirty dancing Expo every year that is fantastic. What more...
