If anything, it's a bit on the small side. Out of car viewing is limited to one platform and a trail, both of which look into the same area.
There is also a driving circuit which makes for pretty views but you can leave the car and there are only a couple places you can stop and not block traffic.
That said the platform has good views, on my visit mostly full of ducks and geese. We didn't take the trail - which is paved - on account of my physical limitations along with the advice of a birder.
All-in-all it's not a bad place to practice photography as it's not too crowded but I'd like to visit one of the other sanctuaries next time...
