Comanche City Park — Attraction in Comanche

Great city Park with many things to do, go for walks, explore in nature, play disc golf, many different playground areas (some have a roof above them), bbq places for day use, pavilions, public toilets, RV park and city swimming pool. Great park where many different groups can meet at the same time and not be in each other's face, have their own bbq place and playground area. As a beginner disc golf player this was a very fun course. It is a bit difficult to find the beginning of hole 10 if you don't have a map. The wind made it challenging. Beautiful park, very clean and manicured, plenty of playground activities for the kids, nice place to walk dogs, have a picnic, or just take a stroll yourself. There tree carvings are really neat to walk through and look at, the whole park is full of shade trees ,pavilions and grass, we had our family Easter egg hunt here and had plenty of room for everyone, the kids brought there ribsticks and played on the skateboard and bike ramps. Large park next to baseball fields. It has a variety of playground equipment, a couple pavilions, picnic tables, and barbecues. There are RV hookups nearby as well. The bathrooms were in need of a clean and there is not potable water on site. There is also a small herd of deer that appear to live on site and while they will run if you get too close they are photogenic...
