Great Eastern Entertainment — Attraction in Compton

In the past, I ordered often from them and had no problems (I live in Canada and I always received my orders through Canada Post)

But recently, it seems that they changed their carrier and they're now using UPS.

I've been billed fees twice by these incompetents and the most insulting is I didn't receive an order that my friend had delivered to my address.

Before the delivery, I asked Great Eastern to forward the lost/stolen package to another address; they didn't reply.

Now, about the undelivered package my friend asked them to be refunded: no answer from them.

So, I'll never order again from...

GEE is a wholesaler. So there is no store at this location. We live in Long Beach and decide to return a full size back pack that my wife ordered on line.
