Very nice dog park. There's a section for large dogs and one for small dogs. They have water bowls there and a water fountain to fill them. There were some loose toys/balls available for whoever wanted to use them and a few little "obstacle course" type structures that your dog can climb on and jump over. Make sure to unleash your dog after entering the first gate. Taking a leashed dog through the second gate can cause issues (just read the other reviews). My dog had a great time playing with 6-7 other dogs who were all friendly and playful. We found it to be a great dog park, and we plan on returning.

Great dog park. There are small dog and large dog sections with the breaking point at 30 lb. Both sides have agility equipment that you can use. The large dog side was pretty muddy today, but the small dog side still has some grass. There is a water fountain just outside the fenced areas that you can use to fill dog bowls that are in each side. This was our first time but we will definitely be going back.

It’s the nicest dog park in the area. I like the separate areas for large & small dogs, I find the majority of people obey it. It’s maintained; poop bags always available, garbage emptied as well as grass cut. There is a pet friendly water fountain.

I do wish the fence was 6ft instead of 4ft high especially near a main road. I love the double gate entry, great safety feature.

Each side has an agility set up, that’s really nice.

Always bring water with you, sometimes the water fountain isn’t working.

There is a lovely path to walk your dog as well if you choose to.

I wish the water bowls and toys were rotated and cleaned. And it would be wonderful to have another bench & umbrella on the small side, only one bench verses 2 on large dog side.

Be careful with holes, dogs dig holes and they are hard to see..I fell a few times. It would be nice if they were filled in periodically, I haven’t noticed that being done. It becomes a mud pit after it rains, so avoid after rainy days.

The majority of dog owners are mindful, I have had a few hiccups with some. Which can taint the experience. You must always keep your eye on your dog for safety.

Some pet owners are in denial of what ā€œgood behavior isā€. So remain vigilant and don’t be distracted on your phone...

Concord Township Dog park( 2 enclosures for small dogs & bigger ones,) is open from Sunrise to Sunset. All the licenced, Vaccinated, properly chained( but unleashed at the second gate) Dogs & managed by owners are allowed. There are certain restrictions such as ferocious dogs & those female dogs who are in Heat situation/ condition are not allowed.Children have no entry into the Dog park fenced area. unless some elder is there. Many varieties of Dogs can be seen in the park enjoying the company of others like other human beings. Dog waste needs to be collected and put into trash cans kept outside. Just beside the Dog Park, a very long walking track attracts Walkers of all ages especially in the evening & morning times and near the library building a huge children's play area attracts many in...

I really want to give this park five stars because the pet parents are friendly and attentive to their dogs, it’s big and has separate enclosures for small and big dogs. But the first half of the big dog area has been worn down to the dirt and the dogs get so dirty and muddy after a good round of play. We want to bring our dog here more often but he needs a bath every time whether the park is muddy or dry. The small dog area is still grassy so it’s great for the little doggos.

One reason for the first half of the area having no grass - there are only two benches, only one has shade and both are located at the first half of the enclosure. The owners hang out in that first half so that’s where the dogs want to play.

I appreciate having a place I can let my dog run but it could have been...
