Pinehall at Eisler Farms — Attraction in Connoquenessing Township

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding than the one we had at Pinehall at Eisler Farms. Three main reasons why: 1. Venue 2. Service 3. Catering. First, Pinehall is stunning. It was exactly what we were looking for with its classic red barn, beautiful grounds, onsite bridal cottage, and finished restrooms for guests. The covered porch and area around the barn had the outdoor aspects that we wanted for cocktail hour. While the barn is not air conditioned, the exhaust fan in the ceiling kept us comfortable for our August wedding. The bridal cottage is air conditioned. The basement at Pinehall is full of rustic/shabby chic/country decorations that we were able to use, so be sure to ask about them to save yourself from having to order them yourself. Their use was included in the venue fee. Pinehall is also a great choice because of its gravel driveway and paved sidewalk at the upper ceremony site. Just in case it rains earlier in the day or during your wedding, these features will prevent you from becoming muddy. Every photo site is more beautiful than the last. I recommend budgeting more time for photos than you think you need because every direction you look is picture perfect. Sherry has a 4 wheeler to transport you more quickly, and you’ll want to visit each site. I also recommend making sure you know what time the bar shuts down – maybe 30 minutes before the end time is standard, but we weren’t expecting the early close. Sherry and Ashley were great to work with. They answered our every question quickly and with a lot of patience. You’re welcome to schedule return visits to the venue. You can have the ceremony and reception that you want. You don’t have to follow any set procedure. Sherry and Ashley were really helpful when it came time to iron out the details at our rehearsal. We came in with a plan of what we wanted, and with their expert knowledge of the site, we worked together to make it a reality. Ashley provided us with a sample seating arrangement, and we tweaked it to fit our vision and needs. She made sure that our proposed layout actually fit the space. We were a couple that took it upon ourselves to make a detailed itinerary to the minute of the ceremony and reception. I don’t know what would have happened if we hadn’t done that, but I can only assume that everything would have worked out fine because Sherry knows what she’s doing. Whether you’re a Type A or Type B couple, Sherry and Ashley have the expertise to enable you to have the wedding that you want. Don't hesitate to speak up if you have any questions or wonder how something works. Finally, the food. Pinehall has an exclusive contract with Medure’s Catering, and it’s the best. AMAZING! From the very first time I saw it in person to the day we got married, we know we made the best decision with this venue. STAFF: The owner, Sherry (who also owns the Atrium in Butler) was so helpful throughout the entire process. She responded to my emails quickly, gave great recommendations, answered any and every question I had and was just so nice! The entire staff at Pinehall truly went above and beyond to make sure we were set with everything we needed to make our day perfect and it was! The venue was perfect for us AND our guests – something for everybody – a fire outside, yard games, places to sit on the deck, AMAZING views and endless on-site locations for beautiful pictures. A big thing for us was to be able to have our dogs in our wedding and Pinehall is very animal-friendly (we got pictures with their goats on our wedding day and no lie, I think those pics make me happiest). Also, the price is very comparable with other barns in the area and I personally think you get a better deal with Pinehall because they have every decoration you could ever need on-site, which brings me to DÉCOR: The absolute BEST part about Pinehall is their “I do, redo” collection. They seriously have all you could ever need and more. I’m such a practical person and I knew I didn’t want to end up with a bunch of decorations I would never use again from one day. Also, I was not interested in going to wedding flea markets or re-selling my things after – none of that appealed to me. We wanted everything to be as easy as possible and not having to buy any decorations was a huge help and saved us a ton of time and money! I’m dead serious, apart from the garland that we rented for our guest tables and our guest book, every bit of décor was Pinehall’s. BRIDAL COTTAGE: Pinehall has the cutest bridal cottage for your use the day of. Our hair stylist set up in one room and make-up artist in the other room and it was perfect. It was so nice to get ready on-site (definitely helped ease some stress) and it was very convenient for the last-minute touches we had to make on the ceremony site. I could write an entire book on why i LOVED Pinehall. From venue, staff, caterer (best wedding food I have ever tasted, no joke), process, presentation, follow up and more.

Our Coordinator, Christine was superwoman throughout the entire processes and even more so on our wedding day. I live out of state and she always promptly and kindly answered all of my many random email questions. On our wedding day she kept me so calm during the time we had to switch to our rain plan. Thereafter, she was always checking in and making sure I was okay and that my veil was on straight and my hair was in the right place for photos. Only someone who really cares will take the time to focus on the smallest details like that. Her kindness did not go unnoticed! We loved her!

As for the venue they have countless AMAZING decorations for you to use! I barely had to purchase anything extra. The atmosphere is so great as well and the view is simply stunning. It is very romantic and open around the barn so your guests aren't trapped all in one space, but also while being close enough to keep the party going!

While you're getting ready they have the cutest bridal cottage to suit all of your needs until you are literally ready to walk down the aisle right outside the door.

They have binders of information to view and a great seating chart software to make your choices and planning stress free.

Also, they have FIREWORKS!! Our photographer captured one of my favorite photos of us during fireworks while all of our guests enjoyed from the outer deck of the barn.
