EtchXpress — Attraction in Conroe

I went to etchXpress to have a pair of drumsticks engraved for my husband's birthday and was originally quoted $45. I dropped them off (after attempting to do so and not being able to because no one was there), and after very little successful and timely communication with Jason, I was charged $70. Supposedly this was because there were three 'proofs' (which were lackluster to say the least), that came out of changes and the lack of communication on Jason's part. Due to this surprise addition of fees, the project was left unfinished. Overall, the customer service is poor and the surprise pricing is absurd.
