Hi! I started my new lifestyle journey on my own back in 2017. I struggled to created a foundation I could use to support myself. Not having this foundation caused me to go in many different directions with my nutritional, fitness, and my mental health goals. Everyday life brought on my weight from staring new relationships, going out to eat more, working more, and not having enough time for my health. During covid pandemic I realized I needed to ask for help. I was over whelmed, didn't have enough discipline, I want a realistic and simple routine. I chose to receive this support from Anytime fitness in Carmel. I went in thinking I should do group class; I deserve to make this fun. Instead I chose to try out having a trainer. I was new and nervous about this idea because, I didn’t know what this would be like and I was scared I would give up. I didn’t not give up! Anytime fitness training staff is really great at listening to my objections and concerns, and helped me to find a coach that best fit my goals. I have now been training with Nando for three months, my confidence, comfortablity at the gym have increased. I’m noticing my goals are coming true and with time I will see the results I want. I am taught the building blocked I need to create my foundation. Now I have my simple realistic routine. I go in twice a week. I appreciate how my trainer has taught me how to use the equipment and use the routines on my own; in order to utilize the gym anytime I want safety and with confidence....

More so , Anytime fitness Carmel has personal training, one on one. I have been training with Nando, For sometime now and I can’t recommend him enough. He goes over what his clients needs and wants are. He makes it his priority to help you meet those goals. Not only is Nando a one on one trainer, He also is more so of a life coach. He does customize meal planning and much more. Whether you are trying to build muscle tone, slim down, or just maintain, Nando is the perfect person to help you meet your personal goals. One thing that sets Nando aside from other personal trainers is, he will accommodate your schedule as best as he can! It was my closest convenient gym and it has also had the added benefit of being able to use my membership across the country for work-related travel. Having visited 6 different locations in that time, I can say that the Carmel location is the best among them and definitely the best facility in central CA. The place is very clean and the staff and guests are well-mannered. The men's locker room is big with two showers. I'm most interested in general strength training, and I they have all the basics here... there are 2 squat racks, and it's generally rare that you have to wait more than a few minutes to use one.... lots of dumbbells with plenty of benches and space to use them.
