Backwater is a tiny lake (no water sports but kayaking and fishing) but very peaceful and home to a lot of water fowl including some sand hill cranes. Good fishing and kayaking. You can get to Webster Lake but only if your boat is small enough to go through the "tunnels" (huge conduit pipe connecting the two lakes about 20 ft long and 15 ft high on a good day). Lake is plagued with duck weed and mill foil by mid season so follow the common "paths" if you are using a...
