Hidden Falls — Attraction in Contiguous United States

My daughter got married here in December of 2022. She booked over a year and a half in advance. During that time we made multiple visits back with different people. The Furlows (owners) were always very nice, accommodating, and professional in every interaction. We were able to borrow some decor and save money not having to buy it all. The building itself is absolutely stunning. They had their reception inside. With a December wedding in Arkansas you never know what kind of weather you will get. Luckily the venue had the patio heaters available so the kids were able to keep everything set up the way they wanted despite it being pretty chilly. The ceremony and dancing were outside on the patio. I am so thankful that my daughter's special day was here. Everything about this place, the people, the decor, the views, the rooms, the waterfalls, the waterwheel, the arches, the gates on the lawn, EVERYTHING is amazing! They were so happy with it all. I appreciate the Furlows so much for having a reasonably priced slice of heaven that people can make their special memories at! We also looked around at the Pines which is the other venue on same property. It was a beautiful building with lots of extras and room. You are paying for the view here. The waterfalls are gorgeous and make for a beautiful ceremony. There is lots of land and multiple options outside for ceremony location. Venue was booked for 2 days, however on the day of set up, the property was not mowed (even though owner, Karen, said it would be) with grass very long and making it difficult to set up the day before because we would have to take things down to mow around them. Karen treated groom, bride, and family as if they were inferior and often made them feel silly/dumb for asking questions. Karen lives on property (2mins away) and promised help with decorations, etc. However, we were left waiting on her to bring decorations from her house more than once and tablecloths were not all washed and ready for use. I will say Karen provided lots of decorations that were beautiful however, communication was not up to par with her. She gets a star for leniency on payment plan and beautiful scenery. But she came off rude and wasn’t as helpful as she thought she was being. Her husband came to help and she was observed to put him down verbally in front of us 5+ times making everyone around feel uncomfortable. Just recently got married at Hidden Falls! It was spectacular and perfect! Karen is wonderful to work with. Really makes the whole process easy! She is very responsive, has a ton of decorations to use which was such a relief! She has great ideas also if you’re not quite sure how to decorate or set up the tables for the reception. They did a fireworks show after the reception which was so fun! She has an eye for design which shows in her venue settings. Highly recommend this place to anyone! Her prices are reasonable which was very important to me! She also let us set up the day before bc no one had the venue booked. She has a crew to set up and take down chairs. There’s a kitchen with a fridge that we were able to use also. Plus cleanup instructions available. The bridal suite is lovely. I had 3 bridesmaids and there were enough mirrors for us to do our hair and makeup. We did have a fan in there for when we had all the curling irons going and getting dressed. The grooms room was big enough for our party also. (Groom + 2 groomsmen) Did I mention the venue settings and scenery are beautiful?! 🤩 makes for spectacular pictures....
