Lake Jocassee Boat Tours - Southern Outlaw Adventures — Attraction in Seneca

Was reminiscing about our time out on Lake Jocassee last summer and realized I never left a review! Don't hesitate to book with Southern Outlaw, we had the best time. We live in the upstate and brought my parents from Michigan to enjoy the lake. They still tell people about our tour 9 months later.

The water was unusually high then, which made for unique experiences. My husbsand jumped off one of the waterfalls! We did the 6 hour tour. Saw all the waterfalls, stopped for a few swims, jumped off some rocks and enjoyed an overall relaxed afternoon.

We booked a sunset tour with Kevin and we loved every minute of it! He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the lake and gave great facts and the history of Lake Jocassee. He rode us around the whole lake and we got to see all of the waterfalls and ended the tour at a beach area where we got out and walked around and got some great pictures during the sunset. Also, after needing a huge favor, he was nice enough to really help me out about a month later by taking me on his boat last minute to the beach area so that I could propose to my girlfriend. I could not have had a successful special day if it weren’t for him! My husband and I treated ourselves, my sister and my cousin from California to the 3 hour boat tour. Kevin did a great job explaining the history of the dam and how the lake was created, as well as some cool trivia and interesting facts. He took us to a bunch of beautiful waterfalls, one of which we could touch and another one we could walk behind. We stopped at a couple beautiful beaches and got a chance to swim in the clearest lake water we've ever seen! The weather was perfect, Kevin was great, and we all had a fantastic time.
