Came here for a bachelor party and itโ€™s a really fun spot with overall good value. The track layout was great with a nice mix of turns, the front desk was friendly and helpful, and the mini golf course was solid for the price. The arcade was fine. Smaller and mostly aimed at younger kids, but there were a few games for everyone.

Overall good experience, but one area that could use some work was the kart maintenance. There were several karts with tires worn down to the cords or patched up. My first two runs were great, but unfortunately I ended up leaving with a bad taste in my mouth because of my last run. I got a kart with a tire that was really worn down and even had a slight bulge, so I flagged it to one of the staff. They literally just kicked the tire a couple times and told me it should be fine. It definitely wasnโ€™t though, because as soon as I rolled out I lost traction and started sliding. I kept trying different lines and braking points to see if I could minimize it, but it never helped, and the tire ended up blowing out pretty quickly into the run. I had to go back in to get a different kart, but the second kart was noticeably slower than any other kart I had driven. Even on the straightaways it seemed to max out at a much lower speed compared to others. So I left feeling frustrated, not only because my initial flagging of the vehicle was disregarded, but also because the very visible issues I had with both karts on my last run were completely ignored and never acknowledged by staff, even when I called out that the last kart seemed way slower. During the previous two races, some of my friends were also having traction issues when they got karts with stripped tires, so it seemed common enough that I wouldโ€™ve hoped the staff would address it.

Overall Iโ€™d still recommend it for the track and value, but check your kart first. If the tires look stripped down to the cords, ask for another one and donโ€™t take no...

$20 per ride is too high for such a mediocre experience. Half of the fun of racing is comparing scores at the end and talking to each other about cool moments. They said our scores would be emailed to us. Kind of weird but okay. Well we never got that email, so now we lost out on the fun of seeing who did the best.

They really need to put the scores on one of the many TVs in the waiting area. Looking in real time while we're all together and fresh out of race would make the experience so much more fun.

There's more. After our first race, we got zero break to discuss anything and we were told to immediately do our second race. A break would have been very welcome. During this first race, our friend was told that his sensor was off, so none of his scores were recorded. He switched carts, and then his cart failed halfway through the second race and it took the rest of the time for them to get him a new cart. We got no compensation for the fact that my friend lost $10 worth of race time due to their incompetence.

The only good part of this was the karting itself, and only when it worked. The staff were fine but not especially friendly or helpful. The waiting room is completely bare bones and has almost no seating. Very strange.

All in all, this place needs to put more effort into thinking about the things that make the rider experience better. Owners, please try going through the process yourself from start to end so you can feel what's missing and what would make this better. Very...

Waste of my time. I came here with my family for fatherโ€™s day to celebrate with my father. Me and my little sister did not find out that we were in a different race until they called our number and me and my sister were in a different one than them. My older sister even told the guy she thinks they put us in a junior race and weโ€™re not supposed to be in one. Weโ€™re over 5ft and over 18. The guy informed us that since we were in a big party that they probably put us in a different race and itโ€™s not a junior race. Ok we were upset but we were fine until we found out that when it was our number that it was INDEED a junior race. We pretty much found out when they told us to go into the junior karts. When we informed the manager Jessie, she only offered us another ride but we have been waiting already over an hour and a half to ride and weโ€™re not about to wait for another ride. The junior ride was not enjoyable and a waste of our time and my family waiting for us. When we asked a refund she said they do not have give out refunds and thatโ€™s all that they could do for us. For one, we did not ask for a junior race nor did they check our height to put us in one. Me and my sister are 19 and 21, there was no reason for us to be in a junior race. Iโ€™m very disappointed and upset since I specifically asked my family to come here and didnโ€™t...

New Orleans is my favorite city in the US, Iโ€™ve visited 12 times! From family trips to baecations to friend getaways thereโ€™s something for everyone! Most know about big events that take place in NOLA like Mardi Gras & Essence Fest but New Orleans is always a good idea! Take advantage of long weekends, mild winter temps & numerous direct flights to book your trip early in the new year. I purchased the Xtreme Xperience for my husband for Valentines Day. He drove the Nissan GTR. Jim was his instructor. He loved it! He said Jim was great! The wait time is a little long, so be prepared with something to drink. Family or friends can sit in the pit area and wait for an extra cost, under 12 years of age is free. The driver must attend a 25-minute course before getting in line to drive the chosen car. The course has a few turns, and the driver gets 3 laps. I was shocked to see all ages driving the cars. Highly recommended by my husband.
