Park is very nice, has laundry 3 washer and 3 dryer in air conditioned space with a shower. Spaces are fairly close but that seems to be the norm now. There are a lot of FEMA trailers still here and a good chunk are unoccupied so there aren’t many people here. It’s got a few monthly stays and the reason they have to be strict with adherence to the rules is a lot of people that are staying in the FEMA trailers are not RVers so they tend to not be used to how parks operate. They don’t have camp WiFi yet but give a discount in stays because of that, however, and this is a huge plus for me is that Comcast will give you your own account for cable internet. You can get a non agreement term so it’s month to month and if you plan to stay on a monthly it’s awesome not to have to deal with slow camp WiFi and cell internet. The other big plus here is monthly electricity is billed at .09 kWh which is super cheap. Most parks charge .15 or more. If your looking for a reasonable priced place that’s out of the way this is...

Things aren’t my favorite but workable: Power pole outlet is fairly close to the ground (problematic if you have an external EMS/surge protector). Sewer inlets are a little higher than ideal. Sites are a little closer than I like. Loud birds down the road. Little on the pricey side for not a whole lot of amenities. Driveway can be on the steep side if you have something with too low of a back end but unlikely. I had a small complaint and it was handled timely and professional. Water pressure hangs between 40 and 50ish depending on time.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay...
Read moreWell the very first day I got there I had problems with the power it went out on me 3 time In One month they were telling me maybe it’s your Rv I i new it wasn’t cause I wasn’t the only one having that problem. Then they sent a Electrician to check out the panel and the RV and they said it was fine but it wasn’t because he kept on happening. So I called an RV technician to go out there and check it out and he told me it was the park having problems. Never hire electrician you to hire a Rv technician. I will never come back to this park again. The owner didn’t want to pay half of the bill for the RV technician fixing the...
