Prince of Peace Catholic Church and Office — Attraction in Riverview

The first time I went to this church was for a craft show. It is very nice. Lovely people are very nice too. Now, I took my grandchildren to the trick and trunk. In the beginning, everyone was so nice, the kids really enjoyed themselves, but when we were leaving one of the of the members of the church was VERY RUDE and was yelling at me. I was trying to turn around, and the man came up to my car just to yell at me to move my car. ( were other vehicles park beside me. ) When I put my window down to tell him I have to turn around, he was still yelling at me. I told him he did not have to yell at me. I would never go to a church. Who's congregation would act like...

Moved here from Connecticut. We had priest at the parish I was in who was a personal friend. This is a beautiful Parish and Fr. Konvanis, who is the Pastor, along with the other Priest's, walks the talk and is a blessed priest who teaches the "Real Word" of Jesus Christ. This is truly a blessed Parish. The staff @ Prince of Peace are lovely and always helpful. The parishioner's are always ready to help one another; a true family of the faith. If you want the old fashioned, original Catholic Doctrine and you want to get closer to the Lord, this is the place to come. I'm blessed to have found such a great church right near me. Sept 3,2023 I am recovering from surgery and find it very disappointing that the Sunday Mass today is not livestreamed... i have found this true several times in the recent past and have called the office. "I will tell the media person" was her reply. Obviously he did not get the message. St. Anne's in Ruskin filled my need to attend a livestreamed Sunday Mass. I am grateful to St Anne's. Poor effort...
