RENT-2-OWN Bridgeport — Attraction in Wheeling

Do not, and I mean it wholeheartedly, DO NOT do business with this company.... unless it is some short term 1-2 week emergency rental situation. These people are just ignorant af. You can explain to them in the dumbest English and they will still not mentally process what you're telling them, in any situation. If you default on even a single payment, they will nickle and dime your account until a frud lock out, so single institute/income households, please beware.... not only that, but they will repo anything you have, no matter how much you have paid forward and just dump everything on the side of the building for weather and scavengers and just write it off as a loss, so in return, you as the consumer will lose no matter what, steer clear of this corporation, cause they're nothing you want to deal with, especially if you're in a tough spot or come from humble beginnings. Edited to add, once they got their stuff back they caused quite a bit of damage to our home while removing the couch and refrigerator, including chipping our new tile which can not be repaired easily, scraping huge spots of paint off our walls and ripping our foyer light fixture from the ceiling, which will be a costly repair to contract an electrician to fix it properly. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME, they have caused more damage to our home than their service...

Tried telling me my account was 9 days past due remind y’all my last phone bill was September 24th and we paid it on the 30th of September.. then it was due on the 7th, make that make sense because that’s not even 14 days. My account is 6 day past due not 9, and this is exactly what they did when the worker “nick” said that they’d have to receive payment before the could process a “promised pay” DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They were friendly at first but you can tell it was fake. The lady in store was telling her coworker that I had a good paying job and bragging on my pocket. They call you the morning your payment is due without anytime to make the payment Then they send a text asking can they run your card - direct deposit doesn't need my approval, but they'll run it anyway so I don't understand why send the text.
