The Church Covington — Attraction in Covington

My 2 star rating isn't for the Sunday services, which I'd give a two-rating overall of 4 stars, but instead, it's because of their great disappointment and consistent decline of their food pantry's poor donations and offerings to those who need help putting food on their tables. It was once something people looked forward to. However, over a period of 2 years, it predominantly gives out junk food and, oftentimes, stale bread. They should just close it down. That's how disatisfying their boxes currently are. The volunteers are polite and do their best with what's been donated. No problem with their kind service. However, whoever is the overseer they seriously need to either become more persistent with the donors, show that they're genuinely interested in the quality and provisions that the pantry almost seemingly came to a screeching halt to provide the natives of the areas they serve, or simplyshut it down. I just recently joined the church. I love the sermons and the people there. They accept people for who they are, not what they look like or cut down people with disabilities. The Church is very supportive to every one. If your looking for a good church family, this is the church to go to. This is the kind of church I've been looking for so long. God has led me here in my quest of looking for a good church. :) You feel as if you belong even on the first day of going to services. First visit with TCC in Oct. 2022 was amazing ! Everyone was welcoming, genuine & absolutely Loving on JESUS. Pastor Darryl is being lead by The Holy Spirit & by his true love for God & people. You hear it in his sermon & in his heart. And it is such a comfortable, an non judgmental atmosphere.
