The park near my home is a true oasis of tranquility and recreation amidst the city. The park itself is nice. I go specifically to use the dog park and there's usually not many people there and my dog loves it. However, yesterday my dog was mauled by a pitbull, who did not have any collar or tags, completely unprovoked. It was a group of maybe 6 teenagers/young adults and they gave me really bad vibes. I had to break up this fight by myself because they wouldn't help me until I begged them. When I walked away, with my dog dripping blood, i asked if their dog was okay. He said "shes fine, shes a fighter." Wow... okay. The clientele is not very great at this park, and I have lived in this community for years.Not sure if I should make a complaint to the county because I dont have any information about these people. But I will never be...

very clean, very safe. Two things that I always look for in a park. There is a children's area for them to play, one of which is covered to keep the sun off. There's also gazebos to host birthday party or any other event you're wanting to have outside at a low budget to no cost venue. down the running path there is a volleyball court, a basketball court, escape park, and fenced in dog park. The amenities at this location are fantastic especially for free admission open sunrise to sunset.
