Came here with my 9 year old son (visiting from Nashville on his fall break) and my 84 year old mom. Asked if my mom had to pay since she can hardly walk and is really just there to watch the kid. I was told “I’m sure she’ll ride the hayride!”. That’s fine I thought as that’s the one thing the 3 of us can do together and take some selfies. Well if the gentleman had also told me the hayride was closed because Doug Mastriano would be having an event there we would have left. After being there for a while we asked when the hayride starts and we’re told 12:15. Nope. Then I called the number and they said it was delayed because of the Doug Mastriano event. So at 1:30 after being there for 2 hours I had to leave and get my son ready to take him to the airport to fly back to TN. The hayride never ran and that was the main reason we went. If the ride is closed why would the guy say to me; “I’m sure she’ll go on the hayride”? Anyway, that made it a lack luster experience. Let the kids play and leave politics out of the place. I’ll always remember Doug Mastriano as the guy that f’ed up my kid’s...
Read moreI actually find this place rather affordable. I have a large family of 7. Three were free to get in and we only paid for the other 4. We got 2 tickets each for the older kids to do the paid activities along with admission to avoid paying $5 each later. Also there is tons of free activities that do not cost money. The hay ride, corn maze, life size board game, giant tube slides, hey maze, bounce house, corn box (imagine a sand box but with corn), balloon animals, and pedal go cart bikes were all free. We choose not to eat the concession stand food because that would have been a lot of money for all of us. So we went to Hoss's 10 minutes away. All told we probably spent 50 or 60 bucks for hours of fun and the money goes to a local farm. To those who drop $100 bucks here, that's only by choice, you don't have to pay for all the extras. We will be going here...
Read moreSo much fun! So much to do! It was the first time my family and i have gone and we all had a blast; even the two babies, my brother at 6 months and my youngest daughter at 3 months seemed to enjoy themselves! My oldest, at 3 years couldn't get enough of all the fun things she could do that was included in her admission fee! And the pumpkin "smashing" (shooting 3 pumkins out of some sort of rocket launcher at an old van) brang a fun element for even the guys! My dad and fiance couldn't get enough!! The really great thing this that the staff were so "on it" when my fiance lost his phone! They found it and called us and we were able to get it back before we left that night! Everyone working there were so kind and added to the October festivness of the experience! Thinking of making it a family tradition to go...
