Cenaiko Lake — Attraction in Coon Rapids

Good lake very scenic and beautiful. The fishing isn't the best and not what i expected. I don't know if it was the wrong time but i got no trout. There are so many sunfish there but all of them are to small for eating. And there is a very large population of snapping turtles and they sometimes come close to the shore and dock so it is unsafe at times since they do bite hard. Pretty spot. Lots and lots of panfish around the far-side (west?) dock. The 2 docks are large, so you can be spaced apart from others pretty nicely. Trout lake--so you need a trout stamp; no-live- bait--restriction; weedy edge like so many of these metro spots. I'd suggest early AM or late evening....
