Coon Rapids Civic Center — Attraction in Coon Rapids

Beautiful space, staff are very friendly and easy to work with when you see them. I had my wedding there this year nice clean facilities and worked great, I was able to bring in whatever food I wanted and was able to have homemade cream cheese mints at my wedding which is tradition but also enjoy tacos from Acapulco. The only reason I give a 4/5 is because of the fact when I would call during open hours it would always be leave a voicemail, they were good about getting back to you but if you are like me working fulltime sadly during their office hours it was frustrating to have to wait for a call or email when a 2minute conversation would have solved it. That being said if you take a day off and see them they are very polite and easy to work with. Would reccomend it to others just think a video of the space would be great to have online and to improve...

Dead plants hanging on the outside gazebo that we got married at. Ice machine had no ice in it. We were promised that everything would look the way it did when we booked it. Not even close. When we asked for the employee to take down the dead plants, she handed us a ladder and said to take them down ourselves. There was litter on the lawn in front of the gazebo that my bridesmaids had to pick up themselves. There was straight pins on the floor in the reception area that my 10 year old niece almost stopped on with no shoes on . I do not recomend this...

I had my wedding reception here. The halls are spacious, staff are friendly to work with. There's lots of parking spaces for your guest. You are able to cater from any restaurant for your event.
