Spring Lake Recreation Area — Attraction in Corinth

Lake and swimming area are pretty well maintained, water is clearer than most swimming holes in the area because the sand and small rocks that have been shipped in don't muddy up the water. There are 2 diving/jumping platforms out in the water, and recently the concessions stand has been getting manned again, so its getting more popular. Went on July 4th and it was pretty crowded, and there was a sun-ring that awed the crowds...

Great place to take the kids swimming. Sandy beach, so the kids can build sand castles. Restrooms concession, stand place to wash your feet off when you're done.. And that's just the one swimming area. There are also campsites all around grills, picnic tables and they take very good care of it. A short walk from the swimming area is the dam where you can watch the water fall off...

Well maintained campsites and a clean swimming area. The campsites are primitive with no electric or water connections. The restrooms are latrine style, but they were as nice as a latrine can be and clean. There are working toilets and showers by the swim area.
