Charco El Jerbero — Attraction in Corozal

It's annoying how ppl either legally or illegally build their properties near PR's bodies of water and then make the area private and impossible for the rest of us to visit. I get a lot of ppl are gross and nasty and don't take their trash but a lot of us are also conscious of keeping the surroundings clean. Especially on this island. So now when I see reviews like "you're lucky if you find the owner" as if the owners of these properties were owners of our rivers, lakes, and beaches. Then it's an issue if we try to go to these places just to relax. Sometimes ppl pick and choose too... I only rated (stars) because I had to in order to write this. Just wanted to throw it out there. Not specifying the owner of this property only, I meant it in general for the ppl that love to think our bodies of waters are theirs to keep...

We searched and were unable to find any access to the swimming area, and a bridge was out on the road that the directions were...

These instructions aren’t accurate at all. It took us way up the mountains and the river is way down and there’s no entrance...
