Despite the obvious need of repair to the rubber mat ground and some of the musical instruments, this park is the best park Corpus has to offer in my opinion. It has a Zipline on the playground, a modern style merry go round, a boat that rocks, spinny things, bouncy things, an overall inspired playground. By far the most innovative and fun park there is to offer. They even have the most sophisticated outdoor exercise equipment I've ever seen in Corpus Christi. I saw a basketball court, a splash pad nearby which I assume is open seasonly. I saw a running track around the park and there's a large covered concrete area that looks perfect for roller blading. Before I even saw the zip line I thought this park had the coolest playground equipment, but that just took the cake. Spruce this up, fix the trip hazards and call this the City Park as far as I'm concerned.

It's been several years talk to our council member for this area it's been several years still in need of repairs too bad the westside always the last to get things done what ashame city leaders oh enjoy the ducks what can I say just follow mum. ATTENTION UPDATE OCT 2024 CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY FINALLY KIDS WILL HAVE A SAFE PLACE TO PLAY UPDATE NOVEMBER ALMOST FINISH STILL WORK TO BE DONE. FINISH AND READY TO USE ENJOY KIDS AND PARENTS PLEASE MONITOR YOUR CHILDREN .SUMMER TIME AROUND THE CORNER HOT DAYS HOPE THEY RESTORE THE TARP BY SUMMER TIME TO KEEP THE FAMILYS SAFE FROM BLISTERING HEAT.UP DATED MARCH 2025

Discovering this charming park was a delight for our family! The kids had a blast, especially enjoying the unique swings at the heart of the park. With amenities like basketball, baseball, football, and soccer fields, plus what seemed to be a walking track, there’s something for everyone. Although a couple of swings were missing, the park offers three accessible bodyweight workout machines, including leg press, tricep dip, and chest press, catering to all visitors. We visited on a Saturday in March and found it pleasantly uncrowded. Highly recommend for a fun-filled family outing!
