My wedding here was absolutely magical. It was a great experience from start to finish! The price was a little higher than we had hoped, but we got SO MUCH for the price it was totally worth it! The space itself is so beautiful we barely had to do any decorating. Honestly, we could have left it basically as is if we wanted to, but we wanted to make it more our own. You get 4 different spaces for guests to move between throughout the day. You get all the furniture, and its all beautiful furniture! We barely had to rent any linens, cause the tables and chairs themselves were so pretty! The online linens we did rent were for the vendor tables, like the DJ table to hide all that equipment and the Buffett table to protect the table from the food warming dishes. But otherwise, no linens needed, and no furniture to rent, which saved us a bunch of money! And there were lights already hanging from the ceiling in the buildings, which I something I'd been hoping for. And there was a place to hang greenery or decorations above the head table, that could be raised and lowered for easier access! And the food barn was beautiful, so if it had rained day of we could have had the wedding in there. It was very important to me that we have a backup indoor option, cause Fall time in Minnesota can have literally weather, and I did NOT want to get rained on in my wedding dress. So I was super happy that the outside Ceremony location and the inside backup Ceremony location were both beautiful! And Eryka was the venue coordinator, and was so wonderful throughout everything!! She was easy to ready, very responsive, and happy to answer any questions that I had. They also have Open Houses twice a year, and you can bring guests to those! So I was able to bring my family and most of our wedding parties to see the venue ahead of time, which I loved! It was super fun to share that with them, and they were able to help even more with wedding planning after seeing the venue. There is also on-site getting ready rooms for both the girls and the guys (separate), that are heated or air conditioned, depending on the season. There's a beautiful dancing barn that honestly didn't require any decorating. There's plenty of parking on site. You get to stay in a BEAUTIFUL honeymoon suite the night of your wedding. We stayed in the treehouse which was so much fun! And we rented the other honeymoon suite as a gift to our officiant. And there are goats! That you can pet and feed. Seriously, it's a great venue! I wanted to have a magical Geek themed wedding that was still classy, and this venue...
Read moreHope Glen Farm is nothing short of a dream come true for a wedding venue. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth, care, and genuine love that this place radiates. It felt like stepping into a fairytale—the perfect backdrop for our special day, but the personal touches truly made it unforgettable.
Walking down the aisle surrounded by nature’s beauty was nothing short of heavenly. The serene atmosphere made every moment feel sacred and timeless. The social hour with our loved ones was everything we had hoped for—joyful, lively, and filled with heartfelt memories.
And then, there’s the treehouse—a unique and enchanting spot that gave us the sweetest little moment to soak it all in. But above all, what stood out most was the extraordinary care and attention we received from the owners, Michael and Paula, and the staff. They are the kindest, most caring people, pouring so much love and attention into every part of our experience.
From the detailed planning to the thorough tour of the facilities, they made sure every aspect of our day was perfect. They listened, they guided, and they truly cared about making our wedding as special as possible. They made everything feel so smooth and stress-free.
One of the most touching parts of our journey with Hope Glen Farm was their prayers for us. It wasn’t just a venue; it was a place where love and faith were interwoven into every detail, making us feel deeply supported and cherished.
If you’re looking for a venue that combines natural beauty, impeccable service, and heartfelt intention, Hope Glen Farm is it. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be and more, thanks to this extraordinary place and its...
Read moreThe lack of professionalism of the owners is unreal. Michael (one of the owners) should not be handling any business whatsoever. My fiancé and I both had to read some of his emails several times to try to make sense of what he was saying. I’m not sure if he had a stroke, drinks on the job, or is just undereducated, but no matter the circumstance he should not be allowed to communicate with clients. Contrary to what they say, they absolutely do not care about their clients having a perfect wedding. While trying to reschedule our wedding due to Covid, all of our vendors were extremely understanding and helpful except the Hope Glen owners. They made it clear that we are just a number to them, and if we need to postpone due to a pandemic it wouldn’t benefit them at all. THEY LITERALLY GAVE US THE DOLLAR AMOUNT VIA EMAIL OF HOW MUCH THEY MAKE ON WEDDINGS PER YEAR AND HOW MUCH THEY PLAN TO MAKE OFF A NEW COUPLE INSTEAD OF LETTING US POSTPONE. Who the heck tells that to a client! Michael even ended one email by saying “Just given you a reality check” (yes he actually spelt it “given”, I don’t believe he proofreads anything). Funny thing is, I originally felt bad for them because I understood that if we reschedule they would be missing out on a little bit of potential business. But after they flat out listed how much they make and how much they plan to charge the next couple (which is even more than what they charged us by the way) I didn’t feel bad at all. Long story short, they kept our $5,200 deposit. But at least we were able to find an even nicer venue elsewhere for a lower cost and...
