My wife and I got to try Vitalia at the food truck event today in Moon. I originally ordered the sweet and spicy pepperoni and my wife ordered a cheese slice. The owner tossed in a buffalo chicken slice and man am I glad he did. It’s the best buffalo chicken pizza I have had honestly, the chicken was great, the ranch is home made and was so good, the buffalo was tangy, and the crust was incredible. The cheese pizza was also fantastic. I think I would have liked the pepperoni slice more but my own personal taste I don’t like honey, it’s literally nothing wrong with the pizza, it’s just my own taste. Their pizza is the real deal, legit amazing, and I actually want to make more of an effort to get to them when they’re in cranberry or around town. Don’t miss out on them!

We had Vitalia’s Wood Fired Pizza Truck cater our daughters Bat Mitzvah this past weekend, and they were absolutely terrific! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The appetizers were creative and delicious—individual colorful veggie cups with ranch, garlic cheesy focaccia with homemade marinara, and fresh salads. The star of the show was the piping hot wood-fired pizza served straight from the oven on their beautiful truck, with several mouthwatering varieties to choose from. The staff was so kind, helpful, and incredibly efficient—no one had to wait. To top it all off, dessert was Nutella banana pizzas that had the whole crowd cheering. A fantastic team and an unforgettable culinary experience! Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

After following their schedule for months in attempt to order I was able to visit Cranberry Community Days after work last week just for the sole purpose of getting Vitalia. I am not a fan of crowds, the near 100 degrees weather we had that day(kudo’s to the workers being in a mobile truck with an oven during some of the worst heat we’ve had!), or the half mile walk from parking to the event but I would do it again if I had to for their pizza! Truly one of a kind selections and all three pizza’s we ordered were phenomenal. The staff was amazing, so friendly and very helpful! I cannot WAIT for their establishment on Freedom Road to open and will look forward to ordering from them at least once a month!
