Awful experience. I purchased 4 items. The first one was a sofa bed. After receiving it, we found out it is NOT a sofa bed. We reported it and they gave us a discount on the item and so we were ok with it. Then, we got another chair and then found out they charged us extra $50 for a delivery fee AFTER the delivery without telling us. We found it on our credit card account!!! We called and asked why because it was a free delivery order. They said because they delivery agent charged them extra for unloading it from the truck (NOTHING TO DO with our residence). We told them it was never disclosed and agreed to by us at the time of the purchase since we chose the free delivery option. We asked for a refund since it was wrongly charged and they declined to give it. In addition, they canceled the last item in the order without giving us a refund. Never buy from this...
Read moreI’ve had multiple bad experiences with Wayfair, but decided to give them another chance because this time they promised faster delivery—within two weeks—compared to 3–4 weeks on other sites. I ordered a dining table and donated my old one based on Wayfair’s delivery estimate.
Unfortunately, that was a mistake. The first estimated delivery came after three weeks, and when the table arrived, all the hardware was missing. After nearly two months, we still have no dining table and no rescheduled delivery date.
I’ve called multiple times with no resolution. This is unacceptable. Wayfair’s customer service is consistently unhelpful, and the logistical problems are recurring.
At this point, I strongly advise others to think twice before relying on their delivery timelines or support. Extremely frustrating...

Then the table finally comes and they sent us the wrong chairs and the table had chips in it like the one pictured. They deliver us another table that took 3 weeks and it was damaged again with chips in the table. This has been the worst experience I’ve had ordering anything in our lives.
