My family and I have been living in Rochester for a year now and finally went to our first farmers' market in town last week. Serio Farm's stall was our very first stop. We got a jar of their elderberry jam and we just opened it today.

OMG THIS STUFF IS SOOOOO GOOD. This tastes unbelievably delicious, has a nice sweet but tartness to it, it spreads very nicely over toast, and now I really want to make some homemade bread to go with this.

Definitely worth the buy, love it so much, and would love to come tour the farm if that is an option. We moved here to Minnesota to start a homestead and elderberries are one of the things we want to grow. It'd be great to see how you guys have your elderberries set up on your farm, I'veheard they can be difficult to...
