The mountain town of Crested Butte, Colorado blew my expectations out of the water! The colorful houses that line the Main Street draw you in and the plentiful hiking and biking trails in the area keep you coming back! Plus it’s the wildflower capital of Colorado! Here are my top things to do in Crested Butte: ⛰ Grab coffee at @camp4coffee ⛰ Biking around town (our bikes were complimentary from our stay at @cristianaguesthaus) ⛰ Shopping on Elk Street ⛰ Grab a sandwich from @franksdeli.crestedbutte (you won’t regret this one) ⛰ Hike at Snodgrass trail and Brush Creek Trail (wildflowers peak on July on these trails) ⛰ Admire the views from Oh Be Joyful recreation area ⛰ Drive Kebler Pass (only in summer) ⛰ Dinner at the @secretstashcb Pizza ⛰ Dessert at Sugar Sugar for donuts and ice cream Who is ready to plan a trip to Crested Butte?? #crestedbuttecolorado #crestedbutte #coloradosummer #visitcolorado #coloradomountaintown #coloradoroadtrip #coloradohikes #coloradomountains #visitcrestedbutte

Beautiful and easy hike with my pup! He enjoyed the small river and waterfall to cool off in and we enjoyed the wildflowers galore. Beware of the mosquitoes! Bring lots of bug spray and protect yourself, my sister and I got feasted on even through our clothes!

Nice beginner trail and fun for a dog walk. I visited at the tail end of the wildflower season but was still pleasantly surprised at how many there were. Even though most reviews say how popular the trail is, I didn’t see any other people on it.

Easy hike if you take the East River Trail. About 2 miles one way , out and back. Mostly flat but steep at the end at the river. Gorgeous views ! Hummingbirds, bumblebees, flowers galore. I spent 5 hours in the trail due to stopping to photograph. Oh and there is a...
