Timber Creek Distillery — Attraction in Crestview

I loved this experience so much, I’m trying to go to as many distilleries as I can to experience different spirits & see what I like. It was a really cool date, the girl in the front was very nice & the energy is very welcoming. When Aaron went to show us how he makes his spirits he was really cool and down to earth, the conversation wasn’t stiff. Aaron talked about numerous things, you can tell he’s very passionate about his distillery! He was very informative & knowledgeable, we tasted everything & I now know that I loveee rum! Their pizza tastes sooo good! I’m so mad we are 2 hours away they put every other pizza I’ve had to shameeee lol. We plan to come back with our friends. I also love how they let you get unlimited cocktails and they aren’t watered down. We ended up getting the blueberry shrub cocktail and the peach bourbon cocktail , the peach bourbon was so good I’m so sad they didn’t have it in a bag for us to take home, so we ended up getting blueberry shrub and the apple pie rum to take home. The bottles are inexpensive and such good quality because it takes alot for my bf to even feel a buzz but he was lit by shot 3, so I can’t waittt to go bck! Definitely a super laid back vibe for a day date! My bf & I wanted 2 different kinds of pizza but Jane made it to where we both enjoyed, I wanted to try the andouille sausage & crawfish & he wanted meat lovers so she split it up lol we actually liked the andouille kind better! I hope that this brings more ppl cus we definitely coming back ! Forgot to mention spiced rum is also...

I saw this on Facebook and said, "why not give it a try?" I'm so glad I did. This place is definitely off the beating path. When we turned off the main road, I wasn't too sure. Then we pulled in, went inside, and now we will be frequent repeat customers! We actually invited two other couples with us for the brick oven pizza making event. The reception was great. The staff are warm and inviting although they will give it back to you as well, in the best possible way! They are fun and have a great sense of humor. Enough about the atmosphere, let's get down to it. They start you off with some "warm-up" drinks and then a tasting of their popular products. The cocktails are excellent, and the staff members are not shy about you getting a "full" taste of their products, if you know what I mean. The knowledge of the staff is great, and we went home with a few bottles if that tells you something. The Gin was the biggest surprise of the evening, we never thought that would be something we purchased....try it! Now to the pizza, the experience was so fun and the two staff members were outstanding. They walked us through the entire process and gave recommendations. The quality of the ingredients was great, that sauce though! We will definitely return, and I hope this brings them more business because you just don't have these kinds of nights too often. If a Distillery Tour, Tasting, and purchasing high quality products at the Source is something you would like to do, wait no longer. I believe Timber Creek’s hours for the public are “Saturday “. Plan ahead, make your reservations online , show up on time and enjoy. You will likely be greeted and “educated “ by the Visionary, Founder and Master Distiller himself. Quite a people person with a passion for his work. Arron has a sense of humor and can take joke like he dishes them out. Great place , great people, great experience. Buy 5 bottles of your choice and receive the 6th free. Credit Cards accepted, but I brought cash and found it easier to pay as you go . No soda, no booze that are not made on-site, all liquor and mixers are hand made right there…. All great. Off the Beating Path, no problem, follow google maps and keep driving😆. 100% off grid, sustainable and grains used in the Process become animal feed. Art work for sale. Ax throwing. Food. Fun.
