This is a beautiful place. one of a kind. Shallow lake fishing is amazing. It can be very dangerous for boaters because of winds. There is only one public boat ramp. And bad winds come up. You can't get your boat on the trailer. I've been fishing this lake for years. Awesome views. Just be prepared and stay safe.

My dad has 5 lots there that we built a huge tree house on years ago along with a dock and walkway. The lake is awesome, it's clear and shallow. The sand is very white and there's lots of fish. It a gem hidden from the rest of the world. It was a little boring when I was younger there but now I'm 35 and it's amazingly peaceful. I'm lucky to have found it....

Phelps Lake is absolutely amazing. The lake is a beautiful color and the surroundings are phenomenal. I love the swampy feel when you first come up. They have several trails that are wonderful and fairly easy. Somerset Place is right beside it and I love stopping at...
