Bayer Farms Lavender — Attraction in Crittenden

We had a wonderful time at Bayer Lavender Farm. We enjoyed a lavender tea served with Darjeeling lavender tea and lavender berry lemonade. The scones and other goodies were delicious. We then picked our own bunches of many varieties of fresh lavender. It was a treat for the senses! The event was very well organized. The host/owner was very personable and the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. There was a store set up so that you could buy several products made with the lavender from the farm. I can't say enough good things about this place. I was here for a date night and from the moment you enter the property everyone who works there was so kind and warm to us. The place is absolutely beautiful and the set up is perfect. It was much smaller than I imagined, but it made for a nice, intimate and cozy setting in a beautiful environment. For the price, its simply unbeatable. I would have been happy with much less than what we got. It's worth going for the wine and setting alone. It's definitely up there for one of the best dates I've ever been on....

The reason for this one star is after visiting the farm we were advised that they would deliver the 2 plant that we wanted to purchase. We didn't here from them for 2 weeks then she texted us instead of picking up the phone keep in mine we spent over $230.00 to give them business and this is how you treat a customer that is very unprofessional and to think we were going to spend even more money( WTH ) but her delay and lack of unprofessional tell us you can never get my business again. Also she never apologize for the misunderstanding...
