Over in the small town of Nunica, this is about 10 minutes off of I-96. It’s a cute little area with a couple nice hiking trails. I imagine it’s a beautiful sight during autumn when the colors are changing. The area is mostly in the woods and is a a very dog friendly area to walk. The only negative is during the time of year I went, there was a significant quantity of mosquitos that love to get at you. It was nearly overwhelming and unfortunately limited my time there. There is a small dirt parking lot at the end of road to park in and there was additionally an outhouse at the...

A nice quiet park to hike and enjoy nature. Trails lead you along Crockery Creek, you will walk threw woods, marsh, grassy fields and up hills. These are all natural trails so sadly it is not wheelchair friendly. There is a port a jon in the parking area where you have a fantastic view of the original barn and horse stall..I believe.. bring your bug spray. Some areas are thicker...

Pretty location with a barn and another structure...would be good for a family fall photo shoot. Trail system seems well maintained and there is a Porta potty available if your need a bathroom. It's worth a visit if you want a new place to walk or get out into nature for sure, not a top 10 best in the area or anything but variety is important.
