Small parking lot. Be sure to use the restroom at the entrance park office. There is no Porta potty at the fire tower. There is a picnic bench. Watch out for people riding their horses. Mosquitoes weren't that bad. The views were amazing. The hike up the stairs wasn't bad. If you're afraid of heights, the tower does shake a bit, and the steps are steep. My son(7yo) was nervous at first and said it was easier than he thought it would be. Google maps points you to the intersection of bear creek parking lot and the main road.
