This place is so beautiful!! It really is right off the road. As many have said parking is very limited, however, you don't need to be hiking for hours to get to the falls. So most people don't stay very long and parking has a reasonably high turn over rate. There is a small trail behind the guard rail that loops around. It is not very accessible for those in a wheel chair, however, it can be somewhat accessible if you have some good strong help and a little creativity and patience, some luck and a stroller that is able to do some mild off-road. Just be very careful if you step off the path as the whole area behind the guard rail is completely overrun by poison ivy. We were lucky because we went in the early spring before the poison ivy exploded. So just watch out and make sure you scrub down with soap really good (like 4 times at least) when you get home. Also better to wear long pants and long sleave shirt. This is not so easy when its 90-deg or hotter outside, like the summer time. Also its better if you can go when its been raining for a few days. When I took these photos it had been raining all week long. So just be aware of what the weather has been or is doing before your...

This spot is an amazing little spot to visit. Pro tip, if the kids like throwing rocks you can get some of the pink sand stones there and throw them on some of the flat rocks that have fallen over near the creek side by the bridge, and if you throw them hard enough they will break up into dust. We made a game called “bust or dust” where we’ll guess whether the other person can make it into complete powder or just break it up. Also be careful if you walk right up to the falls because they are a bit...

I thought having got some rain the last 2 days this one would be good, but apparently it needs a pretty generous amount of rain to flow. I'll have to check it again next time I pass through Cullman! Just make sure you check the water levels before coming out to this one! It's right in town and viewable right from the road so it's a very easy stop, but it will be dry if there hasn't been...

Moderate only bc you need to cross deep water of the creek to get to the falls. I couldn’t do it. It was too shallow. Literally against my upper thighs and I turned around. I didn’t finish trail. The falls is dry, very very light drip. Narrow curve drive to this location. The is small parking available. It’s located behind a neighborhood.
