I toured this museum in 2004. The tour guide was a very young woman who seemed somewhat familiar with the background and homestead. She counted on her fingers how many bedrooms were there. Hmmmm, she was a sweet, young thing. The house was impressive. We wore slip on covers over our shoes to protect the carpeting. That was nice, keep it pleasant for everyone to enjoy.
